Owner-managed sale
We List. You Show.
We build the presentation and help buyers find your boat. You handle buyer conversations, showings, negotiations and the final sale.
- Prepare your listing. We gather the details and create your photos, video and listing content.
- Choose your marketing. Select a basic listing or a promoted package with Meta advertising.
- Connect directly with buyers. Listing inquiries go to you.
- You show and sell. You arrange appointments, negotiate the price and complete the transaction.
Starting packages
Photography, drone coverage, edited listing video & listing setup: $15 per foot, with a $350 minimum package price. Trailerable boats up to 20 feet start at $350.
Basic listing: $75 per month.
Promoted listing: $150 per month total, including $50 in Meta advertising and $100 in listing and marketing services.
Pricing shown is a starting guideline and may vary by boat size, type, condition and services requested. We provide an exact written quote before you commit. Setup is separate from monthly fees. Examples: 20 feet = $350 minimum; 24 feet = $360; 30 feet = $450; 50 feet = $750; 60 feet = $900. Complex boats and special production requirements may cost more. Travel and additional production are quoted separately. Your written quote confirms the scope and total before work begins.
Storage, detailing and repair work are excluded and charged separately, with owner approval.

Full Brokerage
Full-service brokerage · Commission based
Choose a broker to manage your listing, buyer inquiries, showings and negotiations, and coordinate closing.
- Agree on a selling plan. We review the boat, discuss pricing and confirm services and commission in a written agreement.
- We prepare and market. We build the listing and coordinate photography, video and the agreed advertising.
- We manage buyers. We respond to inquiries, arrange showings and help negotiate offers.
- We coordinate closing. We help manage the agreed sale documentation and closing process. You approve the sale terms.
Full-service trailerable boat commission
Sale price up to $15,000: $1,500 flat commission.
Sale price above $15,000: 10% of the entire final sale price. This rate applies at all higher trailerable-boat prices.
Examples: $10,000 sale = $1,500 commission; $15,000 = $1,500; $20,000 = $2,000; $50,000 = $5,000.
Yacht sales: commission quoted separately. Services and any agreed credits are confirmed in the written listing agreement.
Starting with We List. You Show.? Ask about upgrading to full service. Eligible fees already paid may be credited toward the commission at a successful closing. The agreement will specify eligible charges and the credit limit.

Storage, detailing & repair work
Storage, cleaning, detailing and repair work are not included in either listing option, monthly marketing fees or full-service commission. These services are charged separately. Optional boat storage on our premises is billed at a separate rate. Storing your boat with us does not include managed showings under We List. You Show.; the owner handles showings unless a separate arrangement is agreed.
Cleaning, detailing and repair work are quoted boat by boat, based on the work needed, and require owner approval before work begins.
